fantastic beach views. 4 houses up the street you'll find, Saltwater Tides, a 3 bedroom-2bath split level, and Startfish Sands,a 3 bedroom - 1 bath single level ranch. 8 houses up the street, you'll find Sandpiper a
2 bedroom and directly across the street Ocean
View Villa a
4 bedroom, 4 bath custom home, both have sweeping ocean views plus a view of
the lighthouse. Just below, Saltwater Tides, another almost beach front 3-level sixties house Gull Landing with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the middle of Heceta Beach we have the Sea Star Spa a 1 bedroom which has a hot tub,, Bonnie's Beach house a 2 bedroom with 5 Separate sleeping areas-that sleeps 10 and has an ocean view, and Hawkeye's Hideout a 2 bedroom-on a 3 acre wetland preserve. On the south end of Heceta beach you'll find the Seaweed, 
a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 Bath, beach front home that features a jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite. Also on the same street as Seaweed you'll find The Hut a darling 60's beach front A-Frame.
On Munsel Lake: Just 4 miles from the center of town , enjoy the historic Goodlin Cottage, with it's own private boat dock and just 1/2 mile from the Ocean Dunes Golf Course.

Whale Watching: Many so called "resident" gray whales also spend months near the Oregon Coast, especially in summer and fall! For year round whale watchers, here are a few whale watching tips: Gray whales may possibly be seen year round on the Oregon, Washington and California coastlines. Warm, weather - appropriate clothing and binoculars really help! Morning light (with the sun at your back) is often helpful to spot blows first with your naked eye, then focus more closely with binoculars.
