The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with bunk beds (Full on bottom, twin on top) and a large game room with a pool table, TV to hook up the kid's game box to and a Queen sofa sleeper. There is also a marvelous deck off of the game room. This floor also has a bathroom w/shower.
The main floor is mostly one large great room with oak hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace(wood provided), a gourmet kitchen with Quartz Countertops, a Jenn-Aire cook top, side by side refrigerator, a 4 person bar, and a large dining room. Your view ~ the Pacific Ocean, through floor to vaulted ceiling wall of glass (52 windows in all). With access to the large main glassed in - wind protected deck. Also on this floor you'll find another Queen Bedroom, with a full bathroom, shower & tub. Plus a large laundry room, pantry and 1/2 bath.
The spacious 3rd floor has a viewing/library area, with a marvelous telescope and a place to sit down, unwind and enjoy the view. A smaller bedroom with a queen size bed. You'll also find the amazing master suite with Queen Size Bed, Private Deck, and a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower stall and his & hers sinks. Enjoy the view of the Siuslaw National Forest from the tub.
This stunning ocean view home is situated on 3/4 of an acre, bordering the Siuslaw National Forest for a backdrop and facing white water views to the west you'll marvel at the abundance of wildlife in the area and listen to the sounds of the ocean and a year round creek that flows through the property and into a lovely freshwater pond. There's a patio next to the creek, 3 decks on the South Side of the house, and one large one on the west side. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the front yard, and just across the street a short path down to a sandy beach.
